Co-Build in productionBuilt for RE/MAX The Apex Team.
Our first Co-Build is live. Kipnetic partnered with The Apex Team — a RE/MAX brokerage in St. John's — to turn the way they run real-estate transactions into a private, AI-powered platform: Apex Hub, with an AI transaction assistant named Ava at its core.

Document review. Transaction visibility. A team that stays in control.

Upload a signed Agreement of Purchase & Sale and Ava extracts every critical date — offer, conditions, closing — with confidence scores and source citations, in about ninety seconds.
After the agent reviews the extracted dates, the approved details go to the right calendars with reminders, and the signed document saves to the agent’s Google Drive.
Listings, buyer matches, announcements, deal history, and a client portal — one platform replacing a dozen disconnected tools.
A real workflow, connected from document review to the tools the team already uses. Kipnetic builds and operates the platform; the Apex Team brings the real-estate expertise.
Two ways to work together
For your business
Start with one agreed workflow or a full implementation. We build around your existing tools, document the system, and train your team. Scope, ownership, and ongoing support are agreed before work starts.
For your industry
Bring a proven workflow and the industry relationships to put it in front of customers. We bring engineering and long-term operations. The Co-Build model uses 50/50 ownership, with commercial and intellectual-property terms defined in your agreement.
Choose your starting point
Compare all implementation scopesProve one workflow, connect a larger operation, or keep an existing system healthy. Choose the scope that matches the problem and your team’s readiness.
48 hours
One clearly scoped workflow, delivered in 48 hours once its scope, account access, and source data are ready. A walkthrough shows your team how to use it. We confirm that your workflow fits before the build starts.
We agree the result, scope, delivery window, and support plan before work starts. Your proposal separates implementation, ongoing maintenance, and any third-party costs. Pilot fees credit toward a Full Implementation when upgraded within 30 days.
How a full implementation works
A Full Implementation runs over 30–45 days, with 30 days of post-launch support. Micro and Pilot engagements use smaller scopes and shorter timelines. Ongoing maintenance is a separate agreed engagement.
Thirty minutes to understand the workflow and decide whether a Micro, Pilot, Full Implementation, or Co-Build conversation fits.
We map the systems, workflows, tools, and people involved. Together we define the build plan and the measures that will tell us whether it works.
Engineering happens here. Workflows are scoped, built, tested, and handed off with documentation the team can actually read.
Systems go live. Your team gets trained. Documentation is final. Thirty days of post-launch support starts the day we hand over the keys.
Choose ongoing maintenance when you need continued monitoring, patching, and improvements. Coverage and costs are agreed separately from the implementation.
We build around an operational problem, document the system, and train the people who use it. The scope includes clear delivery and support expectations. A Full Implementation includes 30 days of post-launch support, and you can agree ongoing maintenance when you need it.
We agree acceptance criteria and support coverage before work starts. A Full Implementation includes 30 days of post-launch support. If a workflow has problems, we work within the agreed support scope to diagnose them with your team. Ongoing maintenance is agreed separately; it is not an automatic retainer.
Yes, always. We sign before any information is shared. Confidentiality is standard, not optional. Our clients include organizations in sensitive sectors and we treat every engagement with that level of discretion.
Yes. We're rooted in Newfoundland & Labrador — that's our home base. But we serve operators, enterprises, and development corporations wherever they are. The work is remote-first by design.
A Full Implementation includes training, documentation, and 30 days of post-launch support. After that, ongoing maintenance can cover monitoring, patching, and agreed improvements. Its scope and costs are agreed separately. We also discuss the handoff requirements if your team will operate the system.
Pricing follows the agreed scope and result. Micro covers one fixed-scope workflow in 48 hours once prerequisites are ready; Pilot covers one system in 7 days; Full Implementation connects multiple workflows over 30–45 days and includes 30 days of post-launch support. Maintenance is ongoing by agreed scope. Your proposal separates implementation, maintenance, and third-party costs. Pilot fees credit toward a Full Implementation when upgraded within 30 days.
Almost always. We're stack-agnostic by design. Our job is to build AI systems that integrate with what you have — not to rip and replace. We've worked with everything from legacy spreadsheet-heavy operations to modern SaaS stacks.
That's a great starting point. Our Audit identifies which tools are under-leveraged, which are redundant, and where there are integration gaps. If you're already getting value from existing tools, we build around them — we don't replace good infrastructure for the sake of it.
